Planting instructions
As soon as autumn arrives, sow in small pots outdoors in a spot protected from rain, and later plant the seedlings in the garden bed. Cover the seeds lightly with soil. Alternatively, you can start in late February/March (in cold regions, it's better to start indoors in a cool but bright location, then directly outdoors from late March/April). Germination can be accelerated by placing the seeds in the refrigerator for a week before sowing, as Cool Flowers require the cold stimulus. Very easy to care for.

Cut for vases as soon as the flowers open. They will last for 7 days in a vase. Chamomile is also ideal for drying for teas or tinctures. Regular pruning extends the flowering period.
