Planting instructions
Indoors, sow between February and April. Press the seeds only lightly (light germinators). As autumn approaches, sow them outdoors in small pots in a spot protected from rain, and plant the young plants later in the garden bed, or alternatively from the end of February/March (in cold regions, it's better to first plant them indoors in a cool but bright location and then directly outdoors from the end of March/April). Germination can be accelerated by placing the seeds in the refrigerator for a week before sowing, as Cool Flowers require the cold stimulus. Water well and support if necessary. Regular pruning extends the flowering period. Remove dead flowers regularly and support if necessary.

Harvest wild carrots and cut them for the vase
The wild carrot is a wonderful companion flower that complements almost any bouquet. Cut for vases shortly after the umbels open. The best time to cut is in the morning. It will last for about 5 to 10 days in a vase.
