We all know it: the three-legged stool. Almost everyone has a variation of one in their home at some point in their life, and the design is taken for granted. Therefore, reinterpreting something as simple as a stool was the starting point for Normann Copenhagen when designing the new "Tap" stool.

The seat is made of lightweight rigid foam with a flexible, closed, rubber-like surface. This makes Tap dirt-repellent, durable, and easy to clean. The molded seat guarantees excellent seating comfort and offers the same inviting warmth we expect from upholstered furniture. The three legs are integrated into the seat. This makes the "Tap walnut/caramel" stool appear as if it were made from a single piece, even when viewed from the side.
