Wormwood is one of the most important bitter herbs and has been used since antiquity.

Centaury bears its name because it was once "worth a thousand guilders" and highly valued.

Horehound is one of the oldest and most well-known medicinal plants and was named medicinal plant of the year 2018.

Peppermint is characterized by its high menthol content and was medicinal plant of the year 2004. Its ancestors are watermint and spearmint.

The sugar content is purely natural in origin due to the high-quality honey. Per serving, a glass of water with 1 tbsp of Oxymel contains only 4.6g of sugar. Much less than, for example, a glass of apple spritzer.
