Normann Copenhagen - Puff Twist White Table Lamp

«Puff» is a new and modern interpretation of the classic rice paper lamp by Normann Copenhagen , which is characterized by a voluminous and light design in different versions and sizes and thus cuts a fine figure in both smaller and larger rooms.

The Puff Lamp collection honors one of the oldest traditions of lampmaking in Asia. Rice paper lampshades have been used for centuries and originally adorned the halls of temples. The inspiration for the Puff Lamp collection also came from a trip to Japan, where designer Saskia Hübner saw endless variations of the rice paper lamp. This inspired her to find the right balance between sculptural playfulness and functional minimalism. The result is a collection that invites the playful arrangement of various voluminous forms. Puff is therefore suitable for a large hotel lobby, a restaurant, or a small private space.

The rice paper material allows for the creation of immense volume without wasting unnecessary material or creating a heavy, uncomfortable design. The rice paper provides a natural, warm light by gently shielding the light source, preventing it from becoming too bright and overexposed. Thus, the "Puff Twist White" table lamp provides a soft light and appears like an organic sculpture in the room.
